What does organic mean?

Organic agriculture is more than just spray or residue free. It is a holistic style of farming where the health of the soil and environment is prioritized, including the surrounding flora and fauna. Farmers provide positive care for the environment by focusing on the long-term health of their land, waterways, soil and livestock rather than the short term gain. They use innovative and modern farming techniques to control pest and disease.

Organic production means to produce products that are made without genetic modification (GMO's), the routine use of synthetic pesticides or herbicides, animals have been treated fairly and rural communities have been united and empowered along the way. Organic production is the only sustainable option for benefiting ourselves, our environment and future generations.

Where does Mama Nature source essential oils from?

Mama Nature is the exclusive New Zealand agent for the Pure Nature range of essential oils. Almost all of our essential oils come from Pure Nature.

Pure Nature is approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), this means they conform to some of the most rigorous quality control standards in the world giving further strength to their already impressive quality promise.
Pure Nature are also certified organic (ACO), HACCP certified and have various other certifications including Halal and Kosher.

Where are the products located and shipped from?

All of our products are located and shipped from within New Zealand.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal and other methods listed throughout our website.

When will my order be shipped?

Our aim is to dispatch your order within 2-3 working day following receipt. Occasionally, factors such as staffing shortages or high demand may cause delays.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has shipped?

Orders will be automatically dispatched to the address provided at checkout, please ensure the correct shipping address is supplied. Once your order has been dispatched we cannot change the shipping address. It may be possible for the courier company to redirect your order. Please contact the courier company directly to discuss your options.

How do I get free shipping?

Orders over $110 qualify for free nationwide shipping.
